    Vitamin D?

    Hello y'all!

    We just found out that hubby is Vitamin D deficient and the docs are putting him on supps. Will this hinder a sway for a boy at all?

    From what I have read being on Vit D is a good thing for TTC blue.

    In fact I just increased my Vit D intake to help my sway.

    I am sure Atomic or some of the other experienced ladies can give you more info.

    It's GREAT for a boy! You should take some too! (around about 1000 IU, a little more or less is ok.)
