    Help! Charting Question (FF)

This is the first month I've ever charted. The thermometer is right beside my bed so I wake up and temp right away before any disruptions. My temp was really low today compared to the other days. From what I've read your temp drops right before O? Theres no way I'm going to O on CD 7 right? My cycle is 28-29 days always. What does this mean?

I was wearing the same style pyjamas I've worn everyday - I might say I was slightly cooler when I woke up today.. not sure if any of this causes any variation. No CM to speak of yet as AF just ended!

Thoughts? I'm so new to this stuff

it's normal for temps to be higher/erratic during AF, this temp looks fine and for a first-timer your chart is very consistent so far so well done!

I have been temping a long time and you can and do get drops and rises every now and then. That's all fine. After a few months charting you will notice a pattern for you but there will always be a temp here or there that will be higher or lower.

Fluctuations of one day are totally normal, you have to look at the overall pattern and not any one day in isolation.
