I need a dummies guide.. Please help

I am hopeless, but I have reasons.

I have always been very thin and a huge eater. Eating what I want, all the time and not gaining an ounce!

Because of this, I'm really struggling to figure out how to count my calories for the day (well, for each meal too).

I am taking to the LE diet well, surprisingly but truly, I have no idea if Im within my limits or not. TBH, I think I'm way under

Please help and explain it all to me. I need people that can break it all down easily. Let's pretend you are explaining calorie counting to your toddler

    Thank you !!

Best thing to do is sign up to Myfitnesspal.

Free Calorie Counter, Diet & Exercise Journal | MyFitnessPal.com

That does all the counting work for you, all you need to do is enter it in there. You can customise it to the quantities you want and it will show you how much you have eaten or left to eat. I was surprised to find how many calories are in certain things, how they add up etc.

    1- look on food package
2- look at calories, fat, protein per serving
3- be careful to only eat one serving
    4- add
5- potassium does not have to be listed so food can have potassium not on the label so look up online. fruit veg dairy good source of potassium
