'Spotting' after AF but before O??
I'm on CD10 and this morning have had literally 1 tiny spot of blood on each piece of toilet paper. We BD's last night but I've never ever ever had spotting in my life, ever.
Any ideas as to why I'd randomly have this?

Some of the supps are blood thinners and can make it more likely for you to spot after BD. Your cervix can be a little bit injured from the BD and under normal circumstances would not have bled, but with the supps it can make it more likely that there is some bleeding. This is esp. true midcycle because your cervix gets soft and starts to open a bit, and is more easily damaged.
