Starting to get bad on the LE diet
I feel like every single day is a cheat day and then feel guilty to end up taking fiber with every meal. I just love food and protein (a typical boy mom haha) in the tww im just starving i have so much appetite in the tww. The only thing im following strictly is the IF and no snacking i even give up counting calories i only track protein and fat but not always because our food is hard to track. Is the intermittent fasting enough? I hope so because with my boys i was always eating. Yet i have long nice time without food coming in usually (14-18hours). Atomic do you have any tips or advices?

Anything you are doing differently than you were recently (before diet) and before you got your boys will only help. It's fine to never quite cut back as far as you want to, the important thing is eating differently than you were.
I can't say if anything is "enough". People do very strict diets and still get boys sometimes, so when people do X, Y, and Z I can't tell them if it's enough - just beyond my ability to know.
I think you're doing your best and you've made some changes and that is all we can do in the end...now turn the outcome over to a higher power or luck or fate knowing you've done what you could do.

It is difficult the no snacking part for me too! I have four kids and all they do is snack! I usually don’t eat large meals and a lot of protein for the past few years. I started the le diet few days ago and the hardest part is the no snacking. Try your best coffee always helped me when I conceived my DD she now 1. Best of luck and pink dust

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
