I was 19 when my son was born. I was in a long term relationship, BUT my husband was in basic training for 12 weeks, we got together for three days, and he was gone another three months. So to me it should've been like a one night stand or something lol.

[2] healthy baby boy born in 2011
[21 weeks] Nov. 2012 Went for a scan at 20 weeks, baby measured 17+6, came back for a follow up scan and baby had passed away. Lots of testing, no answers.
Moving on without my son's brother. Starting our HT journey in 2014.

I had DS1 at 21 (he actually made his way past my birth control pill lol) - DH and I were together "off and on" for about 2 years prior. Then got married and planned our next baby (swayed girl) DS2 which I just had at 23
    June 21 2011 - Ryder
    May 22 2013 - Hudson

Our family is now complete - no more babies for us. We didn't get our girl but I wouldn't trade my boys for the world, so in love.

For reasons unknown, soldiers home on leave father way more boys. This is an old observation that has stood the test of time and numerous studies.

Meaning, because that's how you and your DH tend to get the job done due to his schedule as a soldier, correct??

My suspicion is that it's because of several attempts - since you only see each other once in a while, there's a lot of BD going on in a short time frame and if one were ov. in that time frame, that's very similar to what I advise blue swayers to do - 3-5, even up to 7 attempts in the fertile window of O-3 thru O day.

So please don't worry, this doesn't mean your sway is doomed before it even starts, just be sure you only have one unprotected attempt and it's all good.

(PS I know I said this already but your son is so darling, I almost feel like I'm doing the world a disservice by helping you sway pink LOL)

Ah yeah that makes sense. He isn't quite gone all the time, but certainly more than the average husband. I should have at least a six month stretch with him soon, hopefully longer, so that's when we're planning to try. I just thought maybe you were telling me that because he's in the military, there is some crazy thing that makes him father boys. Like being around gunpowder=boy babies rofl.

Thank you soooo much. (For clearing that up, and for the compliments.) He is such a special little boy. If I had another one like him that'd be perfectly awesome too. If I have a successful girl sway, I will probably want another boy so he has a brother. I just want to try and have at least one girl too.

I was 17 with DS1 and it was a serious relationship and I was with him for 1.5 years. But I think DS1 was a one hit wonder but I can't remember. My diet was boy though.
I was 19 with DS2 and I was extremely hypothyroid which I know sways boy. He was 4-5 "attempts" (except we weren't trying) in the fertile window.
I was 21 with DS3 and I was in the best shape of my life. Had lost 40lbs but was starting to gain a little right before I concieved him.
I was 23 with DD and I was losing weight and ate like crap
I am 25 with this one. Gender unknown. Weak LE diet, 2 mc right before, losing weight. But I'm still starting to think its a boy! 18 days until I find out!!
