Is it ok to go to a jazzercise class 5 days a week while TTC a boy? It's an hour long and incorporates cardio and strength?

45 minutes is best but if a good portion of that time is warm up and cool down, it's fine. No more than 5 days a week tho.

Don't stress about it...when I was doing it it was pure cardio, no strength training. If you get some weight training in it's all good...

I was just looking up jazzercise for a girl (50 min). I've been doing the class from home. It does have weight training but I was wondering if it could be incorporated assuming one keeps the weights light? I know this is a very old thread but...re-starting!

Yes absolutely u can use the light weights. Many people who are fit to start with, have to do that just to get their heart rate up. Over time we have come to realize that light weights are not such a huge deal for pink as long as you've lost at least a little weight on a lower protein diet.
BTW I prefer to keep the old threads going and full of good info rather than people having to open and close 9 zillion threads to find out what they want to know!
