Go to that website and tell me what you think please, atomic! This was exciting to read especially since the few women who have been using alcohol seem to be getting their girls. I've been theorizing that drinking a glass of wine or beer before dinner, on an empty stomach, (accounting for calories, of course) is the best way to keep the blood sugar levels low and keep the girl sway going.

After reading what was on this page, I was thinking that combining exercise with alcohol for my sway would mean I should exercise in the morning and drink my wine or beer right before dinner in the evening to space it out and avoid dangerously low levels. What do you think?

I've always thought that alcohol sways pink somehow, the mechanism(s) we can only guess at. I included alcohol in my successful sway.

My caution is to avoid the level of thought and attention to detail you are putting into when to drink it and when to exercise - I think it is always best when swaying, to do what works best for YOU versus arranging your day's schedule around a sway - it just keeps swaying in the forefront of your mind all the time. Do what is going to work best for you.
