the nice thing is, if you start in advance, you get the excitement and obsession out of the way early on and then after a time it becomes old hat and just sort of day to day life.

I'm curious if you know where Grape Seed Oil would fall on this list? I have a bunch in my cupboard because of a meal plan that called for it a lot, and I noticed it says it's high in Omega-6.

Oh I thought I answered this already, sorry!
It's probably not as "pink" as something like canola oil or corn oil, but it is def. better for a pink sway than butter or lard!

What foods can we eat then that are high in omega 6 if I'm trying to sway with food and not loose weight. I know some things are cooked in bad fat but I know lots of things are getting healthier.

Nearly all processed food is made with omega 6 oils (sunflower, soybean, etc). Frozen vegetarian meals, packaged snacks, etc. I often cooked at home but just used vegetable oil or whatever instead of my usual coconut oil/butter/lard. Also if you are trying not to lose weight, empty sugar calories are the best. If you can add a full calorie soda to your meal or sugary candies as a dessert they really help stay within the LE diet while allowing you not to lose weight.

Was the list in the essay not helpful?

Is there a list on one of the sites as I could not open the links. The pink diet seems to be oils and fats I just wondered what food had them in or is it just food that's cooked in them.

Well, on the LE Diet most of the time when you are getting fats, it's from oils and margarine. Not foods. If you also read the blue list that kind of covers what to avoid or limit.
You aren't trying to only eat unhealthy food. Low carb veg are FREE meaning you can have as much as you want and do not even need to count them. If you have the choice between one that is less nutritious and more nutritious, you can try to pick the less nutritious but it doesn't mean you can't eat the more nutritious fruits and veg. All of the low carb veg are totally unlimted. Fruit and high carb veg is unlimited for pro and fat but you do count cals.
