    Ninja version of diet??

    Just had this mentioned to me for the second time in a couple weeks, if someone could fill me in that's great. I do not want things circulating around that seem like they came from me when I know nothing about them and need to be sure it's ok and safe.

    It's some French thing I think that has to do with the ratio of calcium and magnesium to sodium and potassium I believe...
