TTC pink - please check my sway plan
Hi there!
I am new to gender dreaming. I have previously been looking at ingender, where I put together a plan. Now I have discovered this site and some of the guidance is different. Please have a look at my plan and give me feedback - much needed! TTC in 3 weeks.
Supps - calcium, magnesium, vit d, vit c, cranberry. DH - cranberry and vit c
Diet - High calcium, no red meat potatoes tomatoes bananas, lots of pasta, chicken, cheese (trying really hard but had a few cheats. I am very underweight anyway and it's difficult to tell people I am on a diet!)
Lots of lavender products, neg ion bracelet, rock salt lamp
Bought acijel - haven't used it yet. Testing ph (needs to be under 5) and using opk kits.
Planning FR and cut off. Planning sudafed before BD.
Even got a girl outfit & wooden spoon under the bed!!
What do you think? Is there anything else I can do to increase my chances??

Drop all of those supplements for pink and just take folic acid.

In addition to what others have said, read up on the LE diet and switch to that. The diet you described sounds like it could easily sway blue so I would avoid that. Better to go completely vegetarian and limit cals (around 1500 daily), also keep protein and fat low and get most of your cals from carbs. Avoid large quantities of any nutrients, including calcium, in your food. Dairy should be in small quantities.
My Ovulation Chart currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP
TTC #1 - swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!
Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after remověng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic
Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period

I"m so sorry I missed this.
This is not at all the type of sway I recommend. If you aren't pregnant and want me to go over your sway, I am happy to do that, just let me know.
Above all else I really would not have you use Sudafed, I do not think it's safe.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
