Advice on best diet/fitness trackers when swaying
I am starting my sway on Saturday. Currently I am using MyFitnessPal, but i am wondering if there are better trackers out there? Ones that are more accurate?
What has everyone else used??

I used (and strongly recommend) the old school, low tech, paper and pen. It takes just as much time to enter everything into your phone and learn how to use an app (which may not even be accurate, as much of the stuff on MFP is not accurate)
You can find out nutrient info on anything on Google, and Self.com is also a good site with lots of nutrient info.
You only really need to track for a week or two, by which point you'll learn how much food to eat in a day, and you'll be able to let that go. I find the phone apps, people end up obsessing over them and keeping up with using them daily,making them more "control freak" than they really even need to be.
