    af a no show

Hiya, im trying to sway pink and just as my time was here af is a no show? Was due 4 days ago. Every other month fine but he month I want to ttc it has to mess up. I don't know what to do now? Do I carry on my sway and keep hoping af will show? Or should I relax the diet a bit? Im so gutted, was so looking forward to finally getting on with it

How frustrating! Is it just this month it's been late? Wondering what your BMI is. Also sometimes with swaying it can knock out a 'usual' cycle just a little so is maybe due anytime now just a little late x

Do you know when you Oed this month? I take it your cycles are very regular?

    My Ovulation Chart
currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP

TTC #1 - swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!

Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after remověng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic

Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period

Not always strictly regular but I have long 35 day cycles too. I miscarried in nov and seemed to get back to normal the cycle after. Just sooo frustrating arggghhhh. I stopped taking vitex after I thought I'd o'd at cd18. On cd39 now just started taking it again the past couple of days. I took it throughout before, do you think that's why I'm late this cycle?

I don't think I would have EVER Oed if I had kept taking Vitex. It took 7 days off it for me to O! I normally have a 28 dsy cycle but didn't O until CD28! So yes, Vitex can really delay O. The diet delays O for me too though not as badly.

You can't restart vitex. That will delay ovulation even more if it hasn't happened already. Drop that right away.

Many people find that when they take the vitex all month, even when they drop it, their cycle goes strange. I think it's prob. a combination of length of time on diet and the vitex.

Can you tell me more about your diet?
