For swaying pink you need to be on the LE diet 12 weeks

We are getting best results with 12 weeks, but at least 6 weeks.
Some people, particularly those who are thin, will waste away to nothing if you try to diet 12 weeks before TTC and so I think you guys need to be willing to start TTC at the 6 week mark.

Can you start a boy diet earlier than 12 weeks?

You can start a boy diet sooner, but only with pink swayers are we getting the results starting that far out (sorry should have been more specific)
PINK swayers get better results with 12 weeks + on diet. BLUE swayers are getting great results with less time on diet. 6 weeks and good results with even as little as 4 weeks (altho I think 6 is better)
You can absolutely start making boy friendly changes sooner rather than later BUT you need to take care not to gain too much weight. 0-3 pounds if you're overweight, 3-5 pounds if you're average, up to 10-15 if you're underweight. Gaining 30 lbs is not going to help your sway and may actually harm it if a fast weight loss reduces your fertility (it does for some people.)

Got it! I just started the HE diet. I'm already somewhat overweight as I just had a baby! But we are ttc again in October so I plan on maintaining this weight for the most part.

If you start lifting weights you may end up holding steady where you're at but building muscle at the same time and end up looking and feeling thinner without gaining a pound.
LMK if the weight starts flying on because I have tricks to use to both reduce cal intake while still upping nutrients, and increase exercise to burn more off.

Yeah that's def what I'll do! The hardest part for me with everything boy swaying is not working out!! I'm a runner and love circuit training so it's torture to have to stop and strictly lift! I mean I love lifting don't get me wrong.. I just enjoy high intensity workouts more so I'll have to change that up!

12 weeks is not that bad! I've already started making changes to my diet to it wont be too hard to adjust to. I dont need to lose any weight really so i'll take it easy.
Where can i find a link to the diet? Can i find one online for free or do i have to purchase one? xx

There is a full version in the Dream Members section plus recipes and the Best Worst food guide, and a 21 day diet book available in our store here http://genderdreaming.com/forum/payments.php
While I always appreciate the purchases because it allows me to do this as a job instead of having to work outside the home, I do have the free shorter version here (and you should check out the FAQ that is linked in this essay too) http://genderdreaming.com/forum/tryi...l-version.html
