Something that keeps popping into my brain today. Does paleo sway boy or girl? I would think it sways boy cause of all the protein rich foods. Or am I missing bigger parts?

I'd think boy too since it's a meat, egg, and nut heavy diet which would be rich in (mostly) healthy fat and packed with protein. There's no dairy or grains but I'd imagine the paleo diet isn't lacking in calcium or other nutrients.

I think it sways blue for the most part BUT there are the hardcore Paleos who eat no carbs at all. We have had a few people who reported girls on low carb diets, but I don't think it's the most reliable way to get a girl and the Atkins diet is not safe for TTC so I am wary of any severely restrictive, high protein form of Paleo diet for TTC.

Protein + carbs = boys.
