Vitamin D from the sun
I know Vitamin D sways boy. I am TTC a girl and will be starting at the end of June. I just got back from vacation where I was out in the sun pretty much all day everyday. My family has a beach house where we will be spending almost every weekend this summer. Basically I will be spending a ton of time in the sun. How much of a role does Vit D play? Im hoping all of my other sway tactics will counteract it?

I think that as long as you're not taking Vit. D supplements, you should just live your life as normally as possible. Go outside. Have a great vacation.
People who sit around in a dark room thinking about swaying all day LOL are the ones who have their sways make opposites!! (seriously!) The more normally you're living, the better your results will be with swaying because it prevents "swaycession". Don't worry about it!

Ok thanks!! I love summer and the beach and there was no way I would have stayed inside anyway, but I did just want to hear you say "don't worry about it"

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
