Did I mess up my sway
Hi ladies, I'm 7wks pregnant . But its been hard to keep up with the HE diet for the past few days, nausea has been bad.breakfast is easy but after that its been a dilemma, I was doing good before I got the bfp.is my sway ruined? Im trying to stsy with the diet

I would like to know too. Is it necessary to continue with HE diet after you have DTD.

I did not continue as I was feeling full.. Im worries now.. Didnt skip breakfast, lunch, dinner, dairy products and supplements though..

Yes definitely based on all the things I have read but waiting for AF. If it doesnt come than will take a pregnancy test but my concern is that I kind of stopped the HE diet which I was doing while swaying.. Like snacking and eating lots of fruits.. Sorry if I was not clear

It was my understanding snacking etc is allowed on HE diet but think Atomic can advise best on your situtaion as im unclear x

You can't affect gender at 7 weeks What's done is done there. Just focus on eating what you can to help sustain your pregnancy.

What Throwaway said. If you're already pregnant, diet won't change gender as it's decided at the moment of conception. You don't need to continue the diet. When I was pregnant with DS1 and DS2 I had a hard time eating. With DS1 I pretty much survived on Gatorade and popsicles the first few months. Just do what you can to get by. Morning sickness is rough!
