Don't worry about pH. It doesn't sway and is an old school sway tactic.
Salt your food however you like or don't if you don't really like salty foods. Skip any juice as there's probably too many nutrients in it. You can have white bread and rice if you're not doing the PCOS version of LE. Individual foods don't sway so you can eat whatever you like, although it's best to avoid fortified or highly nutritious foods like cereal or red meat. It's your overall diet that matters.
Don't take calcium (unless you're deficient and a doctor has told you so). Too much calcium can sway blue.
Best pink sway tactics we've found are LE diet for 12+weeks (1500-1800cals, 30-60g fat, 50-60g protein, no snacking, 2-3 meals a day), one attempt at pos OPK, fiber, alcohol, 60 min cardio 4+ days a week, clomid/femara.'12

Hi soph, I have a thread on how to test pH here: How to check pH for DH and DW But KS is right, it hasn't worked and most of us gave up on it.
Most of us gave up the sodium idea and the results have only gone up when we did.
No one individual food sways. Just stick in overall limits of the diet. 1500-1800 cals a day, 40-50 g protein, 30-60 g fat is what most do.
I would avoid fortified foods like breakfast bars though because they have added nutrients that may sway blue.
The old school sway diets had women do 600-800 mg of calcium a day. Do not take the kind with added Vit. D. Now I personally doubt calcium sways pink and many of us have had success giving that up after getting a boy while taking it but if you want to use it, just be sure you're taking supps ONLY and NOT having lots and lots of dairy. DAiry is ok within the limits of the diet but it is not an all you can eat food like some sites claim.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
