    Hi everyone! to sway or not to sway? what would i conceive now?

    Hi everyone ..

    I am not really sure what sex baby i would want and so cant be sure if i do / do not want to sway... but based on my current regeime what do you think i would sway?

    Wake up & Have Belvita biscuits (biscuit cereal vitamins etc all in)
    1 glass of Cranberry juice with this cause its my favourite!!

    Lunch i will have sweets and biscuits:/

    Main will be something processed, likely chicken with beans / peas or fish fingers or a chicken roast dinner type meal, i also like microwave sweet n sour chicken meals oh and pasta like cheese type flavours...

    Dessert at the moment im hot on rice pudding, or ill have another sweet / icecream something sweet like anyway!

    Oh im also very lazy!! (i use working as a excuse) i have no time to be honest from getting in from work... I do 5000 steps a day average, burn 2500 calories a day according to Iwatch

    Please tho can someone explain to me exactly WHEN we should BD? very confused? someone said to me once every day is best lowers sperm count, gets a girl (if you want a girl) whereas boy is wait and wait till ovulation and only go then? when exactly should we? Thanks ever so

    Hi and Welcome!

    There are no guarantees- you can always have a chance at having either gender. That being said, based on the diet you mentioned, it seems to have a lot of fortified vitamins in the foods which have been known to sway blue. However, without seeing overall totals (calories, protein, fat), I can’t say for sure. Cardio only sways pink. Timing doesn’t sway either way. Having one attempt in your fertile window sways pink and having multiple attempts in your fertile window sways blue. For blue, we recommend 3 back to back attempts at the first positive opk and another one on the 5th day.

    breakfast with the vitamins are as follows - 72 calories, 1.1g fat, 11g sugar, 2.5g protein, 0.09 salt, Vitamin D 0.75, Vitamin C 12mg, B6 0.42, 120mg calcium...

    Cranberry juice i drink has 80mg vitamin c and 4.5g sugar, 0 fat etc etc...

    Regarding cardio - from snooping about it seems with cardio its either do it and do it at 1hr a time or not do it at all to sway pink?

    I noticed on your list of blue and pink hearts you had mostly boys before, did you purposely sway? how was your diet different for the little girl?

    I mean to add while i appreciate only have one attempt at geting pregnant may sway pink.. i wouldnt be comfortable with it if im honest... i would much prefer multiple attempts daily during fertile and perhaps on / off days before.. im under the impression this is wrong and doing it daily stops you getting pregnant all together.. such conflicting info

    I can't look at a diet and tell you what gender baby you would conceive. I urge everyone to do what has worked for most people, most of the time, which is LE Diet 12 weeks or longer.

    If you can't exercise that's fine.

    We are having best results with ONE BD for pink. Do not BD every day unless using protection for the reasons mentioned in this thread: https://genderdreaming.com/forum/gen...nk-lately.html You can do one attempt at pos OPK or 2-3 day cutoff if you prefer

    For a boy you'd either BD unprotected every 2-4 days with 3 attempts at or around positive OPK or have hubby release every 2-4 days and have 3 attempts at or around positive OPK. Do NOT NOT NOT have one attempt on O Day for a boy. We get overwhelmingly more girls iwth one attempt.

    No one can tell you the gender of the baby based on things you're eating. All we can do is tell you what's worked for most people most of the time.

    Yes if you can do cardio 60 min a day 4-7 days a week that sways pink.

    You can do wahtever you want to TTC. That's all fine. One attempt has been best for pink for us. but you're right that having sex every day for many days in a row does seriously cut odds of conception and that is a very large reason why I cannot and enver will recommend that ANYONE do that for pink or blue.
