vnmora, just do your best. It doesn't have to be the full on HE Diet but I do like you guys to continue eating a very healthy balanced diet. I had pretty severe MS with a couple of my boys too and did not always eat much so I know for sure you can still have a healthy boy pregnancy that way.
Let me tell you what we are trying to AVOID and it will probably put your mind at ease. What I DON"T want to see is this thing many blue swayers do, where they've gained a lot from HE Diet and so then want to go on a crash diet when pregnant to either not gain any weight or even lose some. And I also do not want to see people going from eating HE Diet back to what I call the "patented girl mom diet" LOL which is no breakfast, lots of coffee, a candy bar and diet coke for dinner, and a salad or some pasta for dinner. Avoid those two things, still try to eat a healthy balanced diet, but it's ok if you can't keep up with the full HE Diet.

What's done is done there. Just focus on eating what you can to help sustain your pregnancy.
While this is true, there is a really strong trend with blue swayers where they get the BFP and start crash dieting or eating hardly anything so I prefer to have people aim at continuing many of the principles of HE Diet (protein + carbs at meals, eating lots of fruit and veg and healthy fats and meat) as much as possible into pregnancy. My reasoning is that since baby boys need more nutrients from conception on, it doesn't hurt anything and may help their development to continue eating more nutrients even into pregnancy and it helps to prevent the "I just got my BFP, time to lose 20 lbs" that has plagued me with some of my blue swayers.

Congrats on your healthy baby girl. There are so many amazing things about having girls. Mine have just started going to sleep in the same bed and it's so adorable.

Thanks atomic, I'm thinking it failed with timing of ovulation, I was just more focused on getting a bfp, wasnt to accurate with my ovualtion. We were just BD every so often.

Timing doesn't work, though. It may have been number of attempts or it may have been just meant to be this way!
So happy for you Treens, congratulations Sent from my SM-A225F using Tapatalk
