No, it has gelatin.
If you have a different product you prefer I'd be happy to go over them to see if they are ok. Unfortunately many vitamins marketed to vegetarians and vegans are loaded with additional herbs and megadoses of vitamins that should be avoided, so please don't hesitate to ask about any product first before taking it.
I will answer all questions you ask so you only need to post once! Thanks and welcome to the site!

Thanks atomic. I have 2 sweet girls and thinking for next if I could sway blue. I read your very informative posts and looking for suitable supplements.
What about this Dewa vegan supplement? If I'm not wrong you had mention vit A is not so favourable for swaying blue. In that case I need to look for another supplement. Pls suggest...

The amount of A is ok in that one. It's just very high doses of Vit. A that are unsafe for anyone trying to conceive or pregnant.
Unfortunately I don't love that one because it has those massive doses of B Vitamins and then the herbs. If you can find one without the megadose B Vitamins (those high dose B vitamins have REALLY messed up people's cycles, delaying or even stopping ovulation) and without the herbs (some of which sway pink and others are unsafe! NO spirulina when pregnant if you can possibly avoid it!) then that would be better. if you have to pick between high B vitamins and herbs, get the kind that has NO herbs. The herbs have been very troublesome for us.

Thanks a lot. So far I could get vegetarian multivitamins without herb but not without vitamin B (.
I read from your other threads that swaying blue supplements are Multivitamins, folic acid, probiotic, vit d. Fish oil is not suitable for us. Pls correct me.

The B vitamins are way less of a problem than those herbs are. So I would get that kind instead.
There are vegetarian kinds of DHA supplements you can take instead of fish oil. So I would have you get a vegetarian form of DHA and it's fine to not use fish oil
Don't go voerboard with the wheatgrass juice. I feel we've seen a lot of opposites among people drinking the most wheatgrass juice and/or taking the supplements of wheatgrass. Keep the wheatgrass to just the week before ovulation.
So happy for you Treens, congratulations Sent from my SM-A225F using Tapatalk
