    Yay Chacha! I am so happy to read you may TTC! I think a hard core LE crash diet would do wonders for shocking your body and it sounds like you have many things that you can actually use to sway which is great!

    OH NO Chacha, I never got back to you did I??? I am SO SO SORRY. I feel really bad - I think your PM got buried after my initial response and then I forgot. Please forgive me.

    1) LE Diet, limiting salt and pro, SP, folic. If you have a lot that you WANT to lose, you can go on the diet even sooner if you want to -unlike the IG Diet there is no upper limit on time on the diet, you can stay on LE Diet indefinitely. would taper off the D and biotin (you can actually quit D cold turkey if you want to because D is stored in fat, but I just think it's usu. best to taper off even the fat-stored vitamins_

    2)Re Sudafed - we use antihistamines rather than Sudafed because of side effects and risks. You can find the antihistamine info here: http://genderdreaming.com/forum/show...ELP-TTC-A-GIRL

    3) with DH not losing weight and licorice root.

    4)I put zero stock into timing but if it makes you feel better to skip O day, that's dandy. I actually think the ideal timing for people who want to do one attempt is at pos OPK. You'll want to read this. frequency of BD for pink and blue

    5)I like RepHresh best because it keeps working for 3 days while the others get diluted over time. Complete guide to Replens and RepHresh

    7)People are having good luck with the smiley faces and I think that's a great way to go. Better than constantly trying to analyze which of two lines is darker!!

    8)Exercise - I know you said you wouldn't exercise BUT I do think that 60 or more minutes of intense, mostly cardio exercise 6-7 days a week while losing weight on LE Diet is the best sway possible and being heavy, you have the leeway to do that. Don't be put off by the "intense" - if you're not in good shape, intense for you may not be very intense at all - you don't need to run a marathon, just keep moving in sort of an exercise like way for 60 min or more. It's only going to help your sway. But if you don't want to, that's fine too as long as you're losing weight. just letting you know. The Exercise Enigma - both genders
