It is probiotic BUT unlike probiotic supplements which are designed to pass through your stomach and dissolve only once they reach the intestines where htey can survive and thrive, kefir and yogurt need to pass thru your stomach acid and that kills all of them off. (also why it's ineffective to eat yogurt for yeast infections!!

Eaing yogurt and kefir are fine for pink sway (as long as you fit them into your day's total for nutrients, of course). Probiotic supplements sway blue and should be avoided

Like what?? I'm sorry I don't quite get this question.

I still think it sways pink, but may not be worth the trouble it causes for people. I am 100% sure it helped me get Suzy though.

I had 1 girl after taking vitex for months and stopping 2 week and another girl while on vitex.
