Haha we have a plethora of citrus trees - as the birds leave those alone and hubby proceeded to plant plenty when we got the house: we have lime, lemon, lemon meyer, pomelo, and my fav - blood orange (which we planted for DD1 when she was born ^^)... still waiting on our pomegranate trees to yield anything (sigh) and hoping the mango tree will have some left when it's the season again (bats and possums get to them!)...also have a passionfruit vine, and white mulberries and bananas ..must sound exotic to you hehe would love an apple tree too (and if I could have a supply of bluebrries I'd be in heaven ^^)
But have def tried to push for an avocado tree - might just buy it and plant it myself LOL but I have nooo time for gardening and even then, absolutely the opposite of a green thumb - as much as I love the idea of a lovely garden, I kill everything because I forget to water them and we have had sooo little rain of late :P

Yes that's what I have found too, it does sound lovely and exotic but I know a lot of people would love to have apples and cherries and blueberries instead! It sounds beautiful.

Also, separate question - about to place an order for supps: for CQ10: I think Ubiquinol/none is the best, right?
I see a lot of Ubidecarenone supps so not sure anymore haha
I've tried searching but can't find definite answers so if anyone knows, will be happy to know before I order!
Also re probiotics - are the ones stored in fridge best? I assume so but best to check

Ubidecarenone is fine especially in those under 40. Your body just converts it. As we get older we have less ability to convert it into the ubiquinol form but to be honest I suspect that's probably a worry we don't need to truly have.
Re probiotics - that used to be the case but they've really improved quality control on probiotics over the past 10 years (so the ones on the shelf haven't been sitting there for 17 years LOL). If you can swing it, the refrigerated ones are great, but the on the shelf ones are much better than they used to be and are worth taking, particularly the well known brand names.

Oki doki - cool, will just get whatever I can at this stage and maybe when really close to TTC, will look at the "better" ones?! The Ubiquinone are seriously expensive, but willing to get them closer to TTC (like a few months before) along with the more expensive refrigerated probiotics
Thanks again! X

I personally think the cheaper ones are fine for the vast majority of people. Maybe a 42 year old doing IVF might see some difference but the rest of us can use the cheaper stuff.
Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
