We once thought it swayed pink, but it did not seem to improve our results any and it also had a lot more risks and side effects than we originally thought.
If you need it because of blood clotting disorders and are taking it under the guidance of a doctor, that is fine, but I no longer recommend it for most people as it doesn't seem to sway either direction and the supposed "helps prevent miscarriage" has been shown to be untrue - it actually may CAUSE miscarriage in more people than it helps. The only people who should take aspirin for preventing miscarriage is those who know for a fact they have blood clotting disorders.

Thanks atomic. I am currently taking cranberry (it has really brought my ph down, my ph is now 4.5), I take 1000mg a day. I was thinking of dropping it and taking aspirin instead but I don’t think I will. Do you think I’m ok to stick with the cranberry. Or should I stop the cranberry and take baby aspirin instead. Or take neither. Last month I introduced baby aspirin along with cranbery, I wasn’t on this forum. I see you say no to both, taking both aspirin and cranberry made me ovulate early and hence miss my chance of having a BD. Thanks

I am really not a fan of cranberry. The reason is because cranberry cannot be taken after ovulation, it may cause miscarriage. This means people have to drop it suddenly. With blood thinners like cranberry and aspirin your blood becomes much thinner, so your body makes more clotting factors to compensate for it. Then when you stop it suddenly (which you MUST do with cranberry) your body keeps making those clotting factors, so your blood suddenly starts clotting too easily. This may prevent implantation. I prefer aspirin because you can wean off it at BFP and allow your body a chance to transition between taking them and not.
It is my preference that you guys take neither. But since you were already taking them, I decided to give you the safer option rather than see you continue with cranberry, which I find less safe.
Like I mentioned earlier, as a general rule we don't see cran or aspirin really changing O day. I wonder if it may have been peppermint tea that did that instead or maybe just one of those things.

Thanks atomic. I’m still taking cranberry, I’m now 8dpo. How should I stop the cranbery please? I was taking 1000mg a day, unsure how to drop it safely now. I stopped taking aspirin last month. Thanks

AGH please drop it right away. Next month if you continue taking it, please drop it at ovulation.

Sorry I’ve just read your post above. Thanks. Yes I was drinking say 4-5 cups a day of peppermint tea. Do you think my cycle will go back to normal this month (27/28 day cycle) as opposed to last month which was 24 days because of the peppermint tea? Is there any way of knowing at all or thinks to look out for thanks?

4-5 cups of peppermint tea a day has been extremely disruptive to people's cycles.
There is no way of knowing if your cycle will go back to normal again. Sometimes it bounces right back, other times it stays goofy for months afterwards.
