Feeling discouraged
Hey all... I'm coming up on my first attempt next month. I've been feeling super down. I feel like I'm SOOO set for blue that nothing is going to matter. When I had my first, I was EBF. I got my ppaf back at 6 WEEKS! Which means I ovulated at 4! How is that even possible? And now with my youngest I got my ppaf back at about 4 or 5 months, even though I'm 39 and was again EBF. And I think I probably would have even sooner but I bled for just iced 8 weeks after having him. I am so super fertile no wonder I've had 4 boys in a row. I had spotting in my LF after i started back up so I started taking vitex. It immediately stopped the spotting. I know for some people it makes their cycle wonky (hopefully swaying pink) , but not for me! Right on like clockwork. I think I may have not ovulated one cycle out of four that I've taken it. I plan on stopping the vitex on CD1 coming up so it doesn't prevent me from getting pregnant. I think if it totally messed me up I would have been happier cuz at least SOMETHING would have been changing. And now this last week I have only exercised twice and been eating what I want and not tracking . I almost feel like I'm sabotaging myself so that when it ends up a boy I won't be surprised. I plan on getting back on track tomorrow. Just feeling defeated before I even begin. Does being more depressed sway pink? Lol 😂 ugh. Not really looking for advice I guess. I know no one can say if it's worth it or not for me. Just venting.

Sorry you are having a hard time right now. Try not to dwell on the past few days, just start tomorrow afresh, exercise if you can, try to follow the limits a little better (a few cheats are not the end of the world). You can do this. Dont give up hope. Sending you pink dust snd strength.

Thank you. I appreciate it! 😘 I actually looked back at ff last month....I looked at it wrong. I always ov on CD18 and last month I ov on the 18th but it was CD16 and I've never ov that early as far as I know. So maybe something is doing something whether it's diet /exercise/supplements. Gave me a little boost and I'm ready to start back up today!

We notice a lot of people feeling very down and defeated when swaying pink. It very well may be a side effect or possibly sway pink itself.
Just for the benefit of others reading this, for every person vitex seems to help, like 10 other people it's causing more harm than good. I don't want anyone reading this to start vitex without having tried some other tricks I have to stop LP spotting first especially over 35.

oh and also I just wanted to mention that a LOT of people are noticing they have very low mood immediately after ovulation so if you're at that point in the cycle it may be partly hormonal as well.
I get tons of messages from people who are suddenly ready to give up TTC all together at that point in the cycle, only to have a change of heart only a couple days later.

I'm a week past ovulation but very well might be hormonal anyway... Or might be an annoying husband... Or a 16 year old that has been especially trying this week 🙄😂
