Thanks atomic. I am 5foot, so 152cm. Today I weighed 6 stone 13 pounds (43.9 kg). I have a very small build. I was weaning off the magnesium anyway. But cut out the calcium now as can see looking at posts it’s not helping.
I’m taking hogh dose folic acid and weaning off the cranbery.
Yes I am defo going for a 2 day cut off (the day before my peak reading on opk).
Here’s my plan as to avoid getting straight to my peak like last month when I peaked earlier (never happened before, it was 2 days earlier than usual).
I shall continue to use opks each day, when on cycle day 10 I shall be testing opks every 4 hours or more and see if there is a gradual rise in the stick colour as opposed to a clear peak when unexpected (Again If I pick early). I will use the clear blue ovulation kit alongside these, thanks for your tip on using them as I’ve never used them before.
I am a constant snacker, so the LE diet is good for me. Thanks atomic

So il get him to release every day for 7-10 days before our attempt. What does this frequent release help with please atomic?

It's meant to lower sperm count, but it hasn't really helped our results any. Most people do want to try starting off with either FR or abstain, though.

OH gosh I got so panicked about accidentally hitting the wrong button I forgot to answer your main question.
Your BMI is 19 and so I don't want you to lose any more weight. Do what it takes to keep weight stable (you will likely have to eat somewhat more cals to compensate for the exercise.

Very little is known about how swaying actually works. Very few legitimate scientists are studying it and the handfuls of people who do study it are either selling something or studying animals, not humans. But most swaying research, as scant as it is, seems to indicate fewer sperm meeting the egg = more girls conceived, even though we don't know why. The trick is balancing enough sperm to fertilize the egg with still swaying pink.

Thanks atomic. That’s the thing, how do I balance getting enough girl sperm to the egg. I know, it’s complicated

Here's what we will do - we'll do what has worked for most people, most of the time (and the past 3 years in particular we've had outstanding results, we've really got it dialed in now) and with doing that, we still have average 3 months to conception. We aren't just shooting blindly in the dark, we've got a pretty fair idea of what is working and what isn't so we can quickly drop the things that aren't working (like timing, jellies, frequency, antihistamine/Sudafed, cranberry/aspirin, peppermint tea) and most of our members are getting pregnant within the same time frame as those NOT swaying.

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
