Peak, but do keep in mind that you can have false positives so if you get another peak have another attempt (as long as it's 4 or more days after the last one)

Thanks a lot atomic. Yes now you say this I have had false positives in the past which were soon after my period so o kept testing and then had a peak later on, hence lost a month thanks

Yes, positive is the same as peak, which is a solid smiley on the digi tests and the test line as dark or darker than the control line on the cheap ones.

Thanks atomic. Yes last month I got a solid smiley on the digital test but no high or peak (darker left line) on the opk stick. So I went with the solid smiley face. I’m doing both digital and opk as don’t want to miss my peak. Thanks for your help

When in doubt, have attempt, but be open to having another one if it is 4 or more days later. Don't just hang with one attempt all month if you think you're ovualting a different time.
One glass of soy milk is fine for your hubby and I'd have him continue. That is not what is preventing conception, it's been a timing issue I suspect.
