AF day 9 still spotting...
I gave birth 9 months ago this is my third period after giving birth. This time I was a day late while I normally never am ... usually my period is 5-7 days but today already on day 9 and still spotting (brown-pink, sorry tmi) at 5 dpo had pulling pains
Are my hormones no longer correct? Or could it be that a fertilized egg was implanted after all, but it has perished?
Ps: do not take a pill / IUD or any hormones

It's normal to have wonky cycles for awhile after giving birth. Your hormones are fluctuating and if you're breastfeeding, this can make it even more wonky. I had longer, spottier periods for at least a year after my first postpartum AF from DS3 before it went back to what is a typical AF for me. It is always possible you had a chemical but without a positive pregnancy test, it's hard to say. Most likely it's just funky hormones from being postpartum.

It's very normal to have goofy cycles even up to 12-18 months after giving birth, even if you are not breastfeeding (and even more so if you are)
How did you determine ovulation?

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
