Hot flashes can mean that hormones are changing/out of balance... I had them a lot when I was BC more frequently

They can be caused by fluctuations in estrogen levels, but not something that I commonly hear about.
I've had them off and on for years (perimenopause) and conceived 3 times while having them so they do not affect your fertility that I am aware of.
Are you getting enough potassium? 2500-3500 mg? If not that can cause heart palpitations that may feel like hot flashes and you need to increase your potassium immediately.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Well I am not having them today, so maybe it was just an weird off day for me! I am pretty sure I have had enough potassium. I am not doing the LE diet officially yet, I have just made girlie food changes in my diet, example less meat, eating more fresh fruits and veggies.

Interesting Flava thank you for sharing!
It's fluctuating estrogen that causes them, so it makes sense that any time you change levels of estrogen, they might occur.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
