No. Eating "the least amount of food" is not better. Firstly because turkey is more nutrient dense than vegetables. You would have to eat a MOUNTAIN of vegetables before getting the amount of nutrients in a turkey dinner, for example. It's like weighing feathers and lead - a pound of lead will take up less space than a pound of feathers, but you are still going to be having "a pound" of something. So you can't think to yourself "I ate a turkey rather than a mountain of broccoli, therefore I ate less food" because that simply isn't the case at all. It's nutrients that matter, not the bulk of food you ate.

Secondly and more important, the Low Everything Diet is meant to be a safe and healthy pre-pregnancy diet. It is NOT a starvation diet. The goal of this diet is not to eat as small an amount as you can stand. You are eating a normal diet, to enable yourself to get and stay pregnant with a healthy baby, but it's just the lower end of normal. That will help you be more likely to have a girl.

We've had ok results from 6 weeks, better results with 8, even better with 10 weeks, and anything past 12 weeks has gotten great results. I can't ever tell anyone if what they did was enough, I can just report on what has worked for most people most of the time.

I just read your swaying success and i have to ask, since im athlethic and 19ish BMI with high test... isnt it ok for me to eat BigFoot candy sometimes and skim milk and eat low carb to sway pink?(bc I've always had whole milk, diet-nothing and I've had boys since they favor that high nutrient dense diet)

No, it is not ok because of your high testosterone. I know it seems counterintuitive but skim milk is the DEVIL for blood sugar and blood sugar raises testosterone. Whole milk only, just within the limits of the day. (We have best results with this type of diet including whole milk!!)

No sugar either because high blood sugar raises testosterone.

So, why shouldnt i switch to skim & diet stuff this time since in the past, its given me boys. Maybe diet stuff and skim is the answer. Whole etc has always given me boys. I know people with high test and theyve had girls...

Because you got boys in the past for some other reason (or possibly because you were having a LOT of dairy, rather than staying in the limits. Portion size matters too.)

All you're going to do if you switch to skim is make your blood sugar and testosterone rise, which will make you more likely to have another boy.

People with high testosterone can still have girls. It is what you do that sways, and not some number on a test. I have tons of people with high testosterone who have used this type of diet and have success. I think it's a very big mistake to have skim dairy if you have high testosterone.
