Looking to purchase LE plan and need some advice please
Hi there,
I’m looking to purchase a plan for LE and TTC a girl but would like some advice please:
My 2nd son was born 7 months ago and I am breastfeeding him. My periods haven’t yet returned (I can’t remember when they did after my first either!) I want to carry on breastfeeding him and we were looking to start ttc in June when he turns 1. I am not a big person but definitely have baby weight to lose and I know that losing weight on the diet is beneficial when TTC a Girl so wanted to know when you thought the best time to start the diet would be? Would it be detrimental to lose weight now and then plateau before trying in the summer? Or does that not matter so much, is it better just to do the diet for longer?
My second question is we are on holiday in March to America (we are in the UK) for 2 weeks and will not be able to keep to the diet while away. Is it better to start now and have 2 weeks off while on holiday and then start again or is it best to wait until holiday to start at all?

Losing too much weight too fast may make it take longer for your period to come back so go easy for now.
We have not found that timing weight loss works out. Lose what you can, when you can, IF you can without wasting away to nothing. Don't try to time it to happen at a certain point - that hasn't helped and has backfired on a lot of people (including me) when they got pregnant at a point where they'd regained weight to lose, for instance (don't do that.)
We have found time on diet 12 weeks minimum to be better than weight loss anyway. but more is not better, if you diet too long your cycle may stay away longer or come back and then stop again so I don't want you to diet too strictly too far in advance of when you plan to start TTC.
People find that while on holiday it's actually way easier to mostly stick to the diet because everything feels like a treat. So I'd start whenever it feels right to you (but I would NOT start dieting yet if you don't plan to TTC till June anyway - wait till 12 weeks before) and then just do your best on holiday.

You can go vegetarian and exercise, certainly, just take care not to cut back too far since we want to get that cycle going again.
It takes me 7-10 days to do the plan after getting the questionnaire.

Hi atomic, I’m now in a place to purchase my personalised plan and just want to check I am purchasing the correct thing. The one I am looking at says available for immediate download, but I thought it was personalised in 7-10 days? Sorry if that’s a really stupid question! It’s $99 currently?
