Peppermint tea
Would it be safe for me to add peppermint tea to my sway and half an occasional drink? Alcohol has never been a problem for me with my ssri but I am on cinnamon now

WE have not found peppermint tea works for swaying and it really messes up people's cycles. Even when it doesn't, people are not conceiving while using it (just had a client who was drinking it without letting me know, and did not get pregnant for several months. The month after we dropped it she has now conceived)
I prefer you guys keep it to 2-3 cups per week which is dietary amount and not enough to affect you medicinally.
Yes the alcohol is fine now and then if you tolerate it ok.

Ok thanks so much for your wisdom. I won’t bother with peppermint tea then. I like to have 2 vodka sodas on Friday and Saturday nights

Is there a forum for LE PCOS diet? Is it ok for me to have rice milk? I only have 1/3c in my coffee twice a day.

What about peppermint tea for DH? Only asking because my DH likes it and would have it every day if allowed.

Rice milk is extremely carby and I prefer PCOSers use full fat dairy instead.
We have a support thread going here and lots of good ideas in here! https://www.genderdreaming.com/forum...diet-pcos.html

Some people used to give their husbands pep tea as a sway tactic, but it did not seem to work and at the point at which someone has been trying as long as you guys have (which is several months now, correct??) I would have had them DROP peppermint tea! Not add it!

Yes, we’ve been trying since my miscarriage in February (my January baby was conceived first time trying). I’ll get him to drop it this month, thank you.

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
