Dominant Follicle?
Hi there,
what do you call a dominant follicle?
If I have an AFC (day 1) of 3 bigger follicles (0,48 / 0,59 and 0,84 cm) and a few smaler ones - would you call the biggest (0,84cm) a dominant follicle?
At what size would you speak of a dominant follicle?
Would this be a good initial point to start stims? If I respond to the meds could I hope that the smaler ones will catch up?
My AMH is low so I can't expect a lot of eggs I know.

Hi everyone, I gave birth to my first lovely daughter in September. I was wondering what would be the best timing to start trying for another girl? Would that be a year after giving birth, 18 months...
