can your Dr get your insurance to cover ivf/pgd?
My insurance states that it covers "infertility treatents" , does anyone know if Drs will try and submit the whole claim (ivf/meds and testing) on your behalf to try and get the most out of your insurance policy even Without having infertility problems?would the insurance company expect proof or take the Drs word for it? And if so do Drs ever little white lie the claims on behalf of the patient?
