    very interesting! Thanks for sharing. I was including Vitamin E, zinc and B12 into my sway because of the supposed benefit to the egg, maybe I'll drop them now.

    that article is just summarising the Oxford study, available here to read in full: http://rspb.royalsocietypublishing.o...1643/1661.full

    It makes sense that if you eat more overall (and blue-mums were found to be eating more calories) you will be eating more of ALL nutrients. I don't think anyone has looked at ratios within that.
