Question for Carole - poor fertilization causes?
I'm just wondering what is the most common reason for poor fertilization rate with the use of ICSI? I was under the assumption that ICSI should make fertilization rate around 90%.
Is it the sperm or the egg that can be a factor at this early stage or the person performing the procedure? But I'm assuming at a good clinic the technician should not be the answer.
