New to Gender Dreaming - Where should I start?

Hi everyone

I've just joined gender dreaming because I have 2 boys and desperately want a little girl to complete my family.

I was planning on starting trying at the end of January 2014 but not sure what to start in preparation! There is so much information on here!

I am not 100% sure if the date of my last period to work out my ovulation dates so I'm currently waiting for my next period to work it out.

I'm thinking of going for a personalised swaying plan as that's what I think I need - a set plan telling me what to do! Does anybody have any feedback from a personalised plan? Does anybody know what the 90 days out means - dies this mean I can't start trying until after 90 days?

So excited about the prospect of TTC a girl but wan to get it right to give myself the best possible chance!

An tips, info or help would be much appreciated.

Hello! Go for the personalised plan definitely!!! Highly recommended. Atomic is just amazing at giving continued support. I wouldn't have known where to begin without it! Have a great journey in TTC your little girl :-)

Hi there. The plan will go as far out as 90 days before if you are planning ahead. You don't have to start your sway that far out but that is the "ideal" because the egg life cycle is 90 days.

The plan is great but the coaching you get with it to answer all questions is invaluable. Having your own personal sway coach really helps see you through.

also we do seem to have best results with being on diet more like 8-12 weeks before TTC BUT some people choose to start off TTC very strictly the first month or two, and just plan on getting a BFN. That way you end up with longer on diet and kinda have a practice month or two so it doesn't feel so stressful when the "real" attempts roll around.

Thanks everyone. Thanks for your advice. I'm going to purchase my plan tomorrow - feel excited! I wanted to start trying at end of Jan with the aim of being pregnant by end of March if possible so this will work well with what you suggest Atomic.
