Hello, finally.

I have been reading and thinking and reading and stalking and........ for quite some time and finally figured I should say hello.
I have had 4 boys so far. The first one I gave up for adoption 18 years ago. Now I have DS1 (8 ), DS2 (3) and DS3 (10 mo). I did a slight sway for DS3 and did not work, but I love him so much I feel that we were meant to have another little boy. We are contemplating another baby and I would do a serious girl sway this time. I will do the LE diet and loose the few pounds I need. Anything else that I need to know? It looks like we will start our TTC next Dec, so I plan to start the diet about August.

I would consider adding in exercise, we've been getting great results with that!
