    New and confused!

    Hello ladies! I'm a mommy to two beautiful boys, 8 and 2 years old. This is our last attempt, and having a girl means a lot to me (I'm going to love this baby regardless of gender, of course). I'm not sure where I look for exactly what my diet should consist of and what exactly I need to do for swaying girl. Any help is much appreciated! TIA! So excited to start ttc

    Welcome! There is lots to read...Atomic makes it really easy with her personalised plans though, takes all the guess work out of everything and gives you all the answers and support along the way. It's defiantly worth it of you're thinking about it. 😊
