New here/ TTC early 2015
Hi
I've been lurking in this site for the past 2 weeks and just paid for the personalized plan for
TTC pink.
We have an upcoming appointment at a doctor in our area for
Sperm spinning and IUI in the next couple of weeks.
I'm not sure which method we will end up using.
Natural sway or not. I just don't think it will hurt to try all.
For now I want to start on diet.
Before I get my personalized plan can someone help me with what I can eat for lunch?
I'm in a area where there is lots of unhealthy restaurants so it's pretty frustrating.
Would I be able to get anything at a chain restaurant like chipotle?
Thanks

I would buy the 21 day meal plan and look through it. You will probably want to pack your lunch most days so you can keep your sodium low. Or you could check the website of chain restaurants for nutrition info and see what would work under daily values.

I bought the plan that already included the 21 day meal plan but i don't know where I would see this 21 day plan.
Hopeful, can you please direct me to the 21 day meal plan?

Hi and welcome!
Did you find the 21 day diet book? It should just appear to you in the forum highlighted in green.
YES you can get something at a chain restaurant. Diet is less complicated than people make it. Get a vegetarian entree or a salad and if possible, eat only half of it and take the rest in a doggy bag for another meal. At a fast food restaurant, you can try just having fries and a pop (this worked good for me!) Mexican is great too, if there's a Mexican fast food.!!! Questions?? You can have regular soda, just with meals (in between meals counts as snacking). If I can't have more protein/fat but still need cals I will often have 1 soda, usually 12oz. I never have (standard, aspartame containing) diet soda, it's gross and toxic!
And I think there's a whole thread for LE choices while eating out at American chain restaurants.
My Ovulation Chart currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP
TTC #1 - swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!
Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after remověng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic
Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period
