Women made breastmilk for a thousand generations before the invention of vitamin supplements. If you must continue them, I would reduce to 3x a week.
Organic is fine for TTC a girl or a boy.
Your plan and everything tht comes with it is yours to keep. YOu will get a PDF and you can save to your computer, print it if you like, keep forever. Same with the diet book and OPK book. The only thing that goes for 6 months is the coaching. Most people have the coaching for hte 6 months and find that it's enough, either they got pg or learned enough to manage on their own. Some people renew for a small fee (it's $25)
Many people use the 21 day diet book in the UK. Many foods are available in the UK or are easily substituted. I do sometimes mention brand names but it's only because I used the nutrient data on them, you can absolutely exchange them for a similar product *and since you have the nutrient data written in the book, it is then very easy to find an equivalent product.
AF arrive today, I'll get the plan now! I'm so excited!
Tell me about aspartame! My DH did some research and he said researchers tested it and it shows that taking too much might cause cancer, anyway, I don't care about this so much, and I don't have to tell him every single things i eat.. hehe.. I love smint and it has aspartame too, I told him how much I want to try this for our last baby, so he knows.
He is normally very fussy about food but he is being very supportive, today we went to supermarket, he asked me, so from now we shouldn't get full fat milk right? I giggled and said that's right!
I just purchased the plan, what's next? do I have to fill anything? Thanks Atomic! Very looking forward to start!

I have to disagree, (I'm in a bit of a contrary mood today so forgive me).
When I had my 3 girls I was very healthy, always have been. HOWEVER, I usually skipped meals, especially breakfast, I did as much cardio as possible, to burn fat, and I stayed away from high calorie, nutrient dense food to keep the weight off and I took the low fat option when I could.
I have never been a junk food person nor do I like candy, soda, coffee, processed foods, etc. and I still made 3 girls without even trying.
The girl diet has not as much to do with healthy/not healthy as it has to do with other factors. I honestly believe it works because I got 3 girls living and eating that way!

I do apologise if my first post confused you as I haven't even mentioned where I saw the girl diet, the ones I found from other sites show a lots of unhealthy stuff, not even on this site as I haven't seen any food list on here.
To behonest, skipping meals/breakfast is enough FOR ME to say "not very healthy" I am sorry. breakfast is the most important meal of the day, maybe just for me. But I am willing to try, and I will follow Atomic's advise, I am ready for it.

Millions of people use aspartame and I do not believe it is toxic in dietary amounts. I looked into it at great length. In high amounts, I do not recommend that (and nor do I recommend anything in high amounts, including naturally occuring chemicals like salt, sugar, caffeine etc). 2-3 12/16 oz. servings of aspartame is fine, but I do not think it does anything anyway and so I am fine with eveyrone leaving it out. I have seen tons of people get boys using horrifying amounts (on other sites) and so it is no magic bullet at all.

and I just want to point out that there is more than one way to think of "healthy". What is healthy in terms of heart health and cancer prevention is NOT healthy in terms of fertility - when mice were put onto a lower calorie, lower fat diet, they stopped having babies but they lived a LONG time!
When we say "healthy" we mean in terms of FERTILITY, not heart health or cancer prevention.
RE breakfast - I have to quibble on that, new research has shown that going 12-16 hours without eating is actually very beneficial to health in many ways, particularly for preventing diabetes and metabolic syndrome.

Good differentiation. I think we have to get into a certain mindset to sway well.
I had to let go of keeping the weight off when I was swaying boy. My body naturally sways girl if I want to keep the weight down and really listen to my appetite over my head.
I was 10lbs too heavy when I started swaying, gained almost 20lbs on the HE diet and now I am gaining weight being prego....its makes me cringe when I think about how much weight i have to lose BUT it makes me smile the biggest smile ever when I think about giving DH and my girls a baby boy!
If our body naturally leans towards making one gender we have to lean it the other way to get the opposite gender!
Good luck, pinkcomestrue, I really hope you get your girl!

Thank you so much Adia!
I have so many of the blue swayers who struggle just as much if not more on diet than the pink swayers do. I know many pink swayers think "HE Diet is so easy" but not for moms of many girls. IT is totally unnatural to them and gaining weight (even just a lb. or two, which I gain that much like every other day haha) is highly stressful to them.
I know most of you have heard this story already but one time I was at a friend's house and she was going to have lunch and she opened a box of Hot Pockets and ate ONE of them. I was like, "I didn't even know you could only eat one Hot Pocket, they come in boxes of two for a reason". but she couldn't eat both of them, it was too filling. IT was a totally foreign experience for me.
