ok I will continue the vitamins, and stopped Vitex as well. I will keep you updated. Should I start another thread in the ttc forum, or keep posting here?

Whichever you prefer. It's easiest for me if people post their swaying q's in the main forums because I usually only read intro posts once to say hi, but I am aware of this thread's existence now so I will keep checking it.

I meant to say the LAST cycle I started it on cd31, but decided to start it THIS current cycle on cd 1, and I did that. So I was planning to stop it around cd 37 (which is TODAY) since I usually O around this time. I don't see any signs of O yet, so I thought maybe I need to stop it so O can come.
I've been taking vitamins and green tea for months, and eating HE diet. I always had weight gain issues and hard to lose it, along with irregular cycles since I've had cycles. For the most part, my periods has always been every other month, or basically every 50ish days unless I tamper with it by taking vitex, and when I first started taking these vitamins in January I had a couple shorter cycles, then got back long again.
I was diagnosed with PCOS 4 yrs ago, but recently the same doctor's office, but different doctor did another ultrasound and said I don't have PCOS, but do have a cyst.
Now knowing I started V at first of cycle, do you think if I stop V now, the cyst will form? I hope this would be the right time to stop because if not it could be acting like a birth control.
OK so we stopped vitex. The main way it seems to cause cysts are if you start it when you're just about to ovulate and then it prevents the egg from being released and this causes a cyst. Stopping the vitex shouldnot cause a cyst.
I have an alternate diet for people with PCOS here, you'd follow the variation for blue swayers (5 from top called "atomic fertilty diet") With your long cycles you will benefit from it even if you don't actually have full blown PCOS. I don't want you gaining gobs of weight because that can take you from tendencies towards PCOS into the real deal if you gain too mcuh.
I would also have you do some exercise - weight training if possible.
Let's try dropping green tea this month. THat has delayed ovulation for some people.
When I look up your vitamins they actually have quite a bit more B6 and also some megadoses of other things, and some ingredients that I am not sure how they sway or if they are safe when TTC. There is a warning that pregnant women or those TTC should not use them without a doctor's supervision. I would have you wean off of them onto a vitamin with 100% of nutrients and not the megadoses.
Bump
Not sure where to ask not TTC
