Since you're already so active, I would probably not worry about that at all!!

Thank you Atomic!! I am planning TTC in early summer. We have 2 beautiful DS ages 4 and 6. I think I want to get a personalized plan due to some hypoglycemia issues I have. If I am thinking start trying in June or July 2016 when should I order the plan? Should I start making changes now or do you feel 12+ weeks is sufficient for a pink sway? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Also, my DH is 44 and I am 34. Not sure if that changes anything. I know you probably sort all this out once I buy the personalized plan Just trying to get my duckies in a row for the upcoming months and kind of want to know when I should purchase it and how long it will last etc.. Thanks so much!!

If you get a personalized plan then I take all that into consideration.
If you really want to get started right away we have had success going vegetarian. But I'd hold off the full diet till 12 weeks before first planned attempt.
About 3 months in advance is when most people buy their plan.
