I personally don't recommend getting medication online but will always help anyone who chooses to do so.
Clomid does raise odds of twins 8-10%. I absolutely agree that twins sound cute but the data and our experiences indicate they do make for a much higher risk pregnancy and a lot of our twin stories do not have the happiest endings unfortunately. Femara is said to cause less twinning but to be totally honest I am not convinced that this is based on any actual data or just one of those things that doctors believe to be the case. So I'd be wary of either, but then again you can get twins anyway and most of the people who conceive on the meds end up having singletons.

Oh and in terms of the plan, you want the one that is marked "personalized" or "custom". (they are the same thing, I just can't remember what it says.) You buy it from the "membership and plans" blue button at the top of the page.

So, I am coming from the doctor and found that I am deficient in vitamin D. I read somewhere that you recommend taking what was recommended by a doctor for about a month, and from there, three times a week for maintenance? Do you still stand by that? She told me it was not a severe deficiency, so that's good. I just know it sways blue and don't want to overdo it.

And thank you for your response to the last question! I wasn't trying to ignore those before typing my new question. I just wanted to post that since I purchased a plan a few days ago and didn't know if it would affect anything diet wise. Just thought it'd be better to mention sooner than later.

Hey squiggle! Yeah, May won't happen for us because I want to be on a diet for 12 weeks. June or July it is for me as well. Good luck and here's to hoping all the pink dust comes our way!

I haven't officially started it, I just ordered a personalized plan so I'm waiting on that to jump into the LE diet full force. I've added some crystal light into my diet haha. And I've been skipping breakfast this week. Sort of easing myself into it. Have you been having an ok time with it? It is going to take some willpower for me because I'm a grazer/snacker who likes to eat several times a day more so than a big meal eater.

Ah, i need to convince my DH that i need the personalised plan!! First week went better than i thought. Skipping breakfast is actually ok, aslong as i can have a coffee or some cordial i can go till 12:30 sometimes 12:45pm and i look forward to my meal. I started out skipping breakfast and NO snacking but i was still pretty much eating the same lunch and dinners as normal - this is something im working on for a number of reasons i.e - calories, variety, nutrients etc.. im struggling to do the my fitness pal app - with the weights/cals so im taking my time here clearly! I have not had a breakfast in almost 3 weeks nor any snacks. And im the type of person who eats when and how i want - which means snacking in between meals and doing so at any time of day.. i would even snack on something just before eating dinner if i felt like it.. bad i know!! Unfortunately i have not lost any weight yet.. but im not rushing anything and want to feel comfortable with my sway. I need to let go slightly, i like to plan, be in control etc..

Yes please take what was recommended by your doc for a while (if you're really low, stretch this to 6 weeks) and then reduce to 3x a week.
So happy for you Treens, congratulations Sent from my SM-A225F using Tapatalk
