new and swaying blue after 9 years
Hi there!
Just popping in to introduce myself After 9 years and a divorce in between, I'm finally ready to make more babies and create the large family I've always wanted. I have a young step DS and would like to give him a buddy, which is why I'm starting my pregnancy adventures with a blue sway. Ideally, I would have liked to have several kids by now, but God had other plans for me! Luckily, I married very young the first time and I'm only 30.
Does anyone have an older child with a large gap in between young siblings? How is that working for you? I'm 11 years older than my youngest sibling, and I'm the only girl, so he's almost like my son lol, however, we had a sibling in between. It won't be the same case for my DD and I feel a bit sad for her.
Good to be here, I've always been a believer in gender swaying, but I didn't do it on my first try due to lack of knowledge. I'm quite excited to give this a go!

HI and welcome!!
I both have much younger half-siblings (11 and 13 years younger than mine) and also a huge age gap between my first two and my smaller 3 kids - we had our first two when we were young and dumb , and then I got baby fever again and my husband was kind enough to oblige me with our 3 in our late 30's to early 40's - 13/15 years after our first two, and then my final child was born when my oldest was 21 years old.
I will say that I think by and large, girls LOVE babies and really enjoy the experience - I sure did!! I wouldn't trade that for the world, I think I was happier when my mom had a baby than I was when I myself did. As an adult, my relationships with my siblings are much more sisterly and less " these are my babies LOL" as we are all adults now and have kids of our own and jobs and all those fun things. My older sons enjoy my little ones in a more "uncle-y" way - but it was still a great experience for them and they learned a lot about kids that the average teenager has no clue about.
