She's ok, I'm rather worried about him as he never complains about anything and he went to bed for 2 days straight!!

RE the stats - we can't just do what the stats say as they can be quite misleading. I take a LOT of stuff into account when I make the plans and my recommendations that is not reflected in the stats and you can read more about that here. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...hts-stats.html
The plans are a little of both - the things I feel strongly about I state, the things that are up to you, I leave up to you. The thing is that some of this stuff (in fact, nearly all of it) we simply cannot know what is best because we don't have the quality of data we would need to know which option is better for any one couple. So some of it, I literally HAVE TO toss the ball back to you, because it is your life and your sway and you have to do what you can live with and what feels right to you. Examples being - calcium, timing. It was super easy for me to give up on calcium and timing since I knew I had gotten boys with them. (Many LOL) I was able to walk away from those quite happily with no worries at all. But others can't do that, they feel like there is something there that they want or need to try and so I try to keep those available for you guys to use if you want to. It does you no good to hear that I personally dropped those things and got my girl if you really want to use them, you know?? So some of this simply has to come down to what YOU want. your sway, your way.

Ok if I don't receive it in the next day or so I might msg you. I'm really keen to get started with the custom sway plan you've put together.
Yes I totally get where your coming from, and I think us pink swayers especially get very OCD. I know with my first DS our specialist at the time recommended every second day DTD, and obviously that resulted in a boy. As for my second DS that was just a 'whenever it happens' approach and that resulted in a 2nd boy.
I don't feel like this Info helps me much in eliminating any approaches either unfortunately
as for diet, I think I ate anything & everything. So cutting down and taking out snacks (which was huge for me) will be something to definitely try. I've lost more weight since I submitted my plan. I'm prob more 57kg and bmi of 20.9 so wouldn't like to lose much more weight. I'm finding My fats & protein are within the ranges you've stated (almost at the limit of high end of range though ) but my cals are prob about 1500ish so I'll obviously need to adjust what I'm eating then? Or bcos I'm still losing weight it's ok? I know protein & fats are the 'bad guys' so wondering if this is an issue?

Time to hold steady where you're at! Aim to hold steady and then if a lb or two sneak off, it's not a big issue
Pro and fat aren't "bad guys" per se, just that e need to keep them within limits. Don't worry if you're high in the range, that is totally fine!

Ok great, thank you! Also in regards to diet, if your going to have a cheat day/meal is it better to have it after AF and before O or in your 2 WW?
I've had a lot on this weekend & gone way Over on all areas. I always feel guilty, and I think bcos this will be my first month TTC I'm just hoping I haven't ruined my sway (on day 10 of a roughly 31 day cycle).
I was reading something about being really strict during implantation bcos of the glucose levels & XX sperm?

I think that cheat days are best used as needed because you never know when some weird occasion comes along and you ahve no choice but to go off diet for a day. Yes, in the 2WW is prob. best but don't be too keyed into that.
RE "really strict during implantation" - what was happening was that people decided they only need to do diet 2 weeks out of the month. So they would diet from AF-O and then stop from O-AF. I do NOT want people to go off diet for half the month, that's a dumb idea. But that does not therefore mean you should be extra strict, just eat normally without going off the diet for 2 weeks!!!

Ok thanks. Was just feeling super guilty bcos I had 2 occasions now the weekend that meant I couldn't stick to LE. I did eat vegetarian, but still more calories than I should of had.
I have also sent u PM with my email as I haven't received my plan yet

URGENT QUESTION!!
Got my flashing smiley face on my clear blue opk. I believe this means high fertility NOT peak. Should I DTD today for my one attempt TTC girl? Or am I too early?
DH has been doing his own thing every 3-4 days.
I don't have my plan & with time difference I'm not sure I'll get it from atomic in time. Any help would b greatly appreciated
