Great news on the weight loss!!
Agh I missed the Vitex the first post. We have not had great results with conception on vitex for moms over 35, and additionally it has gotten disappointing results - not only is it not a super powerful sway tactic, but it's also really messing up people's cycles. I am barely using it at all any more since the trouble it causes is by far greater than any benefit.
If htere is ANY way to get Femara (given your history of having been on Clomid before) I would strongly suggest it. Even though you've gotten a boy on Clomid before, it is a strong pink sway and at 39, Femara would do the same as the Clomid but be better for your egg quality. NO vitex on either of them!!

J and D did seem to add a little something in our success rates but of course at 39 time is not our friend. I would start off with J and D after 5 minutes and extend over time. I got my daughter at 42 laying down all night.
Apple cider vinegar - evidence points both directions on how that might sway and like with the coconut oil, it is something I avoid simply because there is conflicting evidence and no one ever got a boy or a girl due to extreme vinegar shortage.
Traditionally that has been used as a blue sway supplement (said to make people "alkaline") but my concern is that it lowers blood sugar and thus may sway pink. But it's not something I trust either way and do not recommend.
For SURE no saw palmetto. We really got bad odds of conception with that for moms over 35 and again, it has not worked. Both vitex and SP had worse odds than the overall success rates of the site and when we calculated inverses (the number of people who got girls with and without it) more people got girls without using it than with it.

OK, I'm going to purchase a personal plan right now, so you can tell me what to do...well apparently I have to wait a couple days. That's okay.
So... Really at this point, diet is the big thing?

Diet, exercise, one attempt, Clomid or Femara if you can get them for you
For DH, jogging or biking, and smoking are all proven. OLE may help as may soy milk but I can't always recommend those wihtout knowing more about his overall health and any medication he is on.
I will bump you to the top of the list, I have a small window of opportunity I can do that this week.

I'm thinking positive towards DH except the prevalence for males in his family. He works a hard, labour job 9-10 hours a day. It's usually hot and very stressful. He's 46 years old. When tested before, he had great swimmers, but that was 8 years ago. He swears he's not a self-reliever, and found the testing procedure embarrassing. He is skinny as a rail, very tall, eats mainly unhealthy but not enough for his active job. He often says I didn't even get to eat my lunch today. He's receptive to this. I think he'd very much like a daughter, even if just to prove his mother and brothers wrong. But also, who doesn't like baby girls? Other than all that, he has no health problems, got very cheap insurance ratings because of his health markers. So olive leaf extract? Is that right? Also, down a bit more, total of 3.7lbs! If nothing else, thanks for that Atomic!!! I will be able to pay this afternoon, just gotta go to the bank. Cheers!

At 46 I'd skip the soy milk but yes do the OLE.
I agree he does have a lot going for him already!

Ok once I get your questionnaire I'll get right to work on your plan! Did not see it in my inbox this am.
OLE should be available online or at most herb/nutrient stores.
