Swaying pink after 3 boys? Where do I start?
Hi,
I'm brand new to this so bare with me!
We've got 3 beautiful boys already. Our eldest was a lovely suprise, 2nd was 7 months of ttc, 3rd was a pleasant shock, so i think we're pretty fertile and healthy and dont have any struggle trying to concieve, which is why i really want to optimise our chances of having a girl before we start trying- which hopefully will be in the early months of 2018.
I looked into swaying pink at the start of the year and we gave it a half hearted attempt before life threw a load of stress at us and we decided to put it off for a year or so.
Basically i just want some info about what vitamins to take, the diet, what to avoid etc. Iv looked on google but theres so much conflicting info that i dont know what to believe.
Also iv heard this site has a section that shows stats on methods that proved succesful, anyone know where this is?
Thanks xx

Hi and welcome! In the TTC a Girl section there's info on stats under "add your girl sway." In Atomic's signature, there's a bunch of info there on swaying. Good luck!!

If you want just a quick recap of how we do girl sways here it's 12+ weeks of LE diet (1500-1800cals, 50-60g protein, 30-60g fat), no snacking, usually 2-3 meals a day with overnight fast, coffee, alcohol, fiber, one attempt at pos OPK or BD every 4 days, 60 min of cardio 4+ days per week, Clomid or femara if you can get it.

You're welcome! I know how overwhelming it can be. You certainly don't have to do all those things, they're just tactics that get good results.

Could I jump in on this and ask where fibre comes into it? Ie. how does it work?

Oh and Femara? How does it help?

Hi again Tink, and welcome to the site!
In my signature is a link to our Complete Index which has probably more than you ever wanted to read about gender swaying. Some of the advice on this site is different than other sites, so please ask about anything that seems confusing at first, I promise it all hangs together and makes sense with itself and there is always an explanation about the things that are different than other sites.
Our stats thread is below but before you read the stats thread, please have a read of this essay, https://genderdreaming.com/forum/gen...hts-stats.html it explains why no one should take our stats too seriously. You can't just go through and decide "I'll do everything that ever worked for anyone" because you won't get pregnant that way, some of the stats are misleading, and others are only right for small subgroups of people (like myo-inositol and cinnamon, very few people should use those!) Stats thread here https://genderdreaming.com/forum/try...your-sway.html
I'm happy to help answer questions about supplements, the only thing that everyone takes is folic acid or folate, and most take fiber as well.

Fiber helps absorb a little of the fat and fat soluble nutrients you eat so it enables us to eat a little more of those things and less of it is able to be used by our bodies.

We don't know how it works exactly. Possibly by blocking estrogen. But we simply are not sure.
Clomid and Femara are the best sway tactics there are so if you can get them, use them. Not only are they very effective but they are impossible to mess up. No user error with those two things.

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
