Trying for a 3rd , hoping for a boy :)
Hi Y'all! Ive been on this community for a few days/weeks now, but missed the introductions thread. Im a mommy to 2 daughters ages 4 & 10. My husband & I have been married for 5 years, together for 6. We live in a very small town of 1600 and love it. We are currently building our dream home on our 80 acres we bought a few years back here in Texas. We were pretty much 2 and done until the last month. We both are dreaming of a boy & so this time we are doing everything possible to try and naturally sway for a boy. The hubby cant take pills due to his small esophagus but bless his heart he is trying. He's been chewing the tablets/supps for boy sway so I know his heart is in this. We are hoping to be pregnant before December of this year so we can welcome our bundle of joy next year in the mid summer/autumn.

Swaying Advice Coach
Do you have chewable/liquid versions? I don't think he ought to chew them otherwise, many of them are meant to dissolve over time in the intestines and I'm not sure it's a good idea to chew them if not designed to be chewed. there are a lot of gummy or liquid versions and we can find something that will work instead.
Please let me know how I can help!

Hi and welcome. Good luck with your blue sway. Have you been implementing the HE diet? Any weight training?

We looked and we talked to his doctor about chewing some of them. So far everything is ok for him to chew! He does have to break open the Fish oil pills though.

Thanks Yes I have been trying my hardest to implement the HE diet, mostly with more potassium, magnesium, calcium and vitamins. Ive been drinking more green tea, coconut water and all that good stuff. I already weight train per my usual exercise so theres nothing new there. I do cardio only once a week with the plan I follow and lift 15-30lb dumbbells at home.
